Am I eligible to apply for the Factorial AI Acceleration Fund?

If your company has between 20 and 1,000 employees and you're looking to digitalize HR or explore AI-powered capabilities with Factorial, you're exactly who this fund is designed for.

Is the fund available in my country?

Companies based in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Germany will be prioritized. However, companies from other European countries can still apply and their applications will be reviewed.

What could my company actually get from this fund?

You can access a share of €10M in benefits, split between direct discounts on your Factorial subscription and Factorial’s One AI platform credits. The exact mix depends on your contract and the bundle you end up choosing.

Which Factorial plans can I get the discount on?

The fund applies to Factorial's People and PRO bundles. If you're evaluating either of these, you may qualify for discounted pricing or platform credits as part of this promotion.

How long do I have to apply?

The campaign opens on March 16, 2026 and runs until May 29, 2026. Your deal also needs to be closed within this window, so we recommend not leaving it to the last minute.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract to qualify?

Yes — the fund is available for annual contracts only. If you're considering a monthly plan, this promotion won't apply, but an annual commitment unlocks access to the full benefit.

I'm already a Factorial customer. Can I still benefit?

No, this campaign is only designed to help new businesses digitalise their operations by introducing the Factorial platform to their organizations.

Can I combine this with any other discount I've been offered?

The fund won't stack on top of other commercial conditions, but it's built to deliver meaningful value within those guidelines.

What happens to my price once the promotion ends?

Once your promotional discount period ends or your One credits are fully used, standard pricing will apply. There's no automatic renewal of the benefit. One of our helpful experts can walk you through exactly what to expect at renewal.
