Set custom weights in performance reviews
You can now decide how much each reviewer and review section counts toward the final score, making it easier for organizations with detailed evaluation processes to get fair and balanced results.
Take control of how performance scores are calculated. With this update, you can assign custom weights to both reviewers—like managers, peers, direct reports, or self—and to sections of the review, such as job performance, values, or competencies.
This added flexibility is especially useful for companies with multi-layered review processes or specific evaluation frameworks.
With custom weights, you can:
- In a 180 review, decide how to balance the scores between the manager and the employee.
- In a 360 review, set how much input should come from each group—manager, peers, direct reports, and self.
- Prioritize certain sections by giving them more weight in the final score.
This helps you build reviews that truly reflect your company’s values: fairer, more focused, and more aligned with what really matters.
